if you have a bit more space to spare, I suggest you go for a 32" LED TV.  :)

I think 24" is the way to go for a kitchen tv. You made a good choice.

sir DTNS... medyo maliit lang po kitchen namin.. its actually a clean kitchen.. feel ko medyo over powering ang 32 if ilagay ko po dun.. matakpan na window and all that is behind:D usually nanunuod lang po kami dun 7 t0 8pm while eating.. were actually satisfied with size of 19... gusto ko lang po sana upgrade to an led branded model:D

thanks sir verbl... hindi ko parin po nakikita ng actual yung 24hv10 .. nabasa ko po sa isang thread na there is a better model na toshiba din 24" kayalang nasa 10k+.. kayalang i dont wana spend too much... hehe.. silipin ko po siguro yung 24hv10.. if maganda na yun for us... ok na siguro:D

thanks guys

I bought a 22" Samsung Series 3 LCD in 2010 for 10k. Less than 8k for a bigger LED is great value.

I thought Toshiba 24HV10 is a FullHD LCD TV, not an LED TV.

I am using a KTC 23" FullHD LED TV with USB port and built in MKV player for a little over php8k. Just be sure to get a unit with no problems.

I bought my third toshiba tv its a 23-inch LED ideal for moving around around 10k. 2 HDMI, vga input and composite.  Edge lit nga lang so not very good at all angle.  It has a 20W speaker so loud enough for me but not very responsive remote.  If you are looking for smaller TV meron din ang TCL for around 5-6k

I'm also looking for the same thing.  Got a 22" LED SONMAX brand.  Went to Shopwise and it's on sale.  The clerks weren't familiar with the LED TV but the USB can play MKV movie formats and supports my 2gb ext HDD.
They're also giving away free DVD together with the LED.  It's 6,999.

I don't need my mkv player anymore.  ;)

Samsung has an 18.5" and a 23" LED TV in their range:

the T19B300 HDTV and the T23B350 Full HDTV. I haven't seen the T19 yet, but I've seen the T23 on display at Octagon Computer before.

Sa Shopwise libis.  ;) I think it's a bargain.  Though I have no use for the free DVD player, still yung LED tv nya malinaw na and it can play MKV directly sa USB port nya.
