I've been using kaiboer K3 HD media player but recently I got a prompt on my TV saying some thing like "USB plug-in Event Detected, Do you want to power off to switch to PC connection mode?" with OK or Cancel. Then the screen went on blank and then it will display "Enter USB OTG mode..." I cannot play any media on my device. I have upgraded the device to the new firmware but same display prompts on my screen.
Hope some one can help me on this.
