I ordered blurays on amazon uk last black friday sale.. Hindi dumating. Then I emailed the customer support. They gave me a replacement for my order for free and was dispatched last dec. 12. Then same scenario for the previous one up to now hindi pa din dumadating! It was shipped by Royal Mail for 1st and the replacement order. Nangyri na ba sa inyo to? I will opt for a refund kapag hindi pa din dumating un bd ko by december 27.

If ordered from Amazon US, you gave them at least a month from the shipment date. Your replacement will probably arrive February 2013...

nangyari na sa akin ilang beses eto pero usually dumadating pareho ang replacement and yong "lost" package. usually hindi na pinapasauli sa akin ng amazon uk ang replacement..
