Help me guys. i have just bought this player hook it up using hdmi to my samsung plasma tv while using a optical cable connected to a lg htib. walang sound lumalabas sa lg pero sa tv direct meron. paano ba iset up para lumabas sound sa ht?

sir, please check your hdmi's audio settings. Turn it off para sa optical dumaan yung audio signal from the asus to the htib

there are 2 option hdmi or para spdif tpos may raw i tried differnt combination ayaw tlga lumabas ang sound mapa dts or dolby o kahit pcm wala. sira kaya yung unit?

Kung merong "HDMI IN" yung LG HTIB mo doon mo nalang padaanin from  asuz to LG HTIB then to your TV.

Yung akin sa SPDIF Pag ayaw tumunog sa RAW lipat ko sa LPCM ata yon. ok na sya.

disable the audio out to HDMI. dapat may setting yan to enable disable it. also, ni-try mo na optical lang ang naka connect,no HDMI? but still, sa audio settings may dapat ka select to make the sound pass through optical.

ibang source ba lumalabas naman ang sound sa HTIB mo? DTS etc....? may mga model din daw ng receiver ng HTIB na hindi din nakaka decode ng formats like DTS

Yes... I've fixed the problem though. Wrong setting lang sa hdmi. Now it's running dts though some files di pa rin gumagana. Perhaps the problem is with the file itself na...

Hi, is there a way na auto na yung subtitle? Kada play ko kasi ng anime episode kailangan pang i-on kaya medyo hassle. Salamat.

Wala yata bro, ganyan din NMT ko, asus o'play mini.. Kailangan mo pa i-press yung "option" button para ma access yung subtitle.. What I like with this player tho,  is the Zoom function . I hate the black horizontal bars while watching hi-def movies  so i usually zoom in at 2X, presto, wala na sya.. Wala kasi ganitong function yung built in media player ng LG 42 LV3500 ko..

Hi Guys,

My O!Play mini won't power up any more. And by the looks of things, nag-short. When I plug it in, the Power Adaptor's light turns off with no sign of power on the box itself. Saan ko ba pwedeng i-repair? Or would it  be cheaper to buy a new one? (definitely not Asus again.)

Guys may tanong ako regarding this Asus O Play Mini

Meron kasi ako movie tapos gusto ko lagyan ng subtitle (srt file) kapag sinusubukan ko me on yung subtitle sa menu, ayaw nya gumana eh..

Your video file should have the same exact name as the subtitle, e.g. Ab_cd.mp4 and Ab_cd.srt otherwise it will not recognize the subtitle.
