It's very annoying that in almost every board room, one person seems ready to quit to spare the other team members the player-on-player attacks. I'm glad Fernandes didn't allow it this week. This is also another reason why Celina is my favorite. She's not afraid to throw other players under the bus. Clearly, she and Jonathan are the only ones familiar with the other franchises and how this game is won.
Fernandes isn't all that, either. Instead of telling the final three why he chose to fire one over the others, he always just says "You ALL failed this task," and asks them generically why they should stay in the process, then fires one without explanation. His two assistants are okay during the task observation, but lousy during deliberations. Instead of telling Fernandes who they think should be fired, tonight one just said, "I want to hear why they want to work for you again" and the other said "I think they're all ready to fight." No good input related to the individual failures in the specific task of the week. A far cry from Nick & Karen (also formerly Margaret) on the UK version. But it's WAY better than Ivanka and Don Jr.'s weekly, "This is going to be a tough one" that they tell their dad during deliberations, followed by a "You made the right call" immediately after the firing.
