One thing going for the Spurs, aside from their sound basketball ethics, is that they are HUNGRIER now than last year. They want this badly, maybe more than Miami wants a 3-peat.

When you win 1 or 2 championships in a row, very few teams maintain the desire to win some more. Dallas, the recent Boston & Lakers teams. Napakahirap mag 3peat sa NBA! So in this regard, llamado talaga ang Spurs.

Another thing that fuels the Spurs is they still feel that last year, they let it slip away. Still leaves a bitter taste in their mouths that Miami took Game 6, a game that the Spurs should've won.

Flu is different. You can still move. I posted an article which mentions that even MJ had to be asked to be rested when he was cramping. As to why Lebron was the single casualty during that night, the article above also explained it.

As for those questioning and making fun of LBJ, this sums it up well too :
"If it were anyone else, there'd be more understanding for debilitating effects of very serious cramps in a sweltering environment. But because it's LeBron James, too many lose their minds."

Because like you and me, these people don't know any better and do not have a single clue on how cramps affect athletes

Tama ba na sabihin na among the all-time greats, LeBron is the most hated? I think Kobe has his share of dark days but I think no one beats LeBron as the most hated (future) hall of famer to ever play the game. Some greats get booed by the fans of the opposing team pero si LeBron hindi lang boo, he receives chants of "He's a flopper!". I mean Reggie Miller is a flopper but I don't recall him getting chants of "flopper".
