brader Ray, the PQ of this model is to me softer compared to LG. yung LG for me is too bright. i did not expect this sa Sony, because nung nauso na yung Flat Screen I always find the PQ of Sony na medyo mapula. Very different ang PQ to the Sony na try ko before. Yung 3D also of this model is better than the 3D of my LG, well not an expert but in my personal opinion mas ok itong Sony model na ito. The 3D glasses of both brands are interchangeable pala.

any update sa mga US-based friends kung anong sale ngayon dyan. heard that there is a 75" sony (R550 or something) that is being sold under $2k now. maybe the price will drop some more coming black friday or any holiday sale. napa isip ako tuloy mag window shop after getting a confirmation from a friendly courier that they accept shipping big TV and had no problem encountered so far bringing them to the country.

will ask about warranty kung magkano ang coverage. i was quoted $450 to manila for a 60" TV by forex.

original box dapat lagi. they advise naka carte, di ko muna tinanong pero daming balikbayan box na oversized and odd-shaped so mukang matulin sila magpadating from US. will ask around pano.

No problem.  In case you are interested, pinakamaganda talaga kaitiman ng ZT60 compared sa lahat ng available plasma KAPAG tinabi mo.  Pero, hindi pa rin fair i-compare sa OLED.  hehehe

Ganun pa man, maganda pa rin talaga yung quality ng VT60 na kalahi ng VT30 natin.  Medyo interesting lang yung Samsung 8500 comparatively kasi maliwanag na plasma talaga.

I got my Sony 70" 3d KDL R550 from bestbuy canada for $2,400 with free sony bluray player w/ smart wifi features and 1 yr free netflix and hulu acces. Couldn't been any happier with this tv, great with cable tv, bluray movies and ps3 gaming.
