6.1 Receivers still available?

I have my AV room in 6.1 setup and looking to replace my HK receiver.  Are they still available in the market?  I feel that 7.1 is too much for my small room aside from I don't want to buy another pair of speakers.

There are 7.1 receivers that have options to set the surround back channel to single channel ala 6.1
I think Onkyo and Denon receivers have this option...
