sir tony di ba delikado yung tube amp na transformerless, may nakita ako na mga schematic (practical amplifier diagrams) by jack robin and chester lipman yung author..but meron siyang Output na trafoss ang gamit lang is 200 ohm line cord resistor from AC...

delikado talaga, nakamamatay....huwag tularan....eh pwede naman maglagay ng isolation traffo....

sir tony woodworking na ata next hobby mo sir....

sir what do you think dun sa pinadala ko na diagrams luma na yung book but maayos naman yung schematic sir...may nakita ako sa youtube dun niya kinuha yung 3 tubes 4 watts ac amplifier sir.

nakita ko na dati yan...anong page yung sinasabi mong amp?
sung araw kasi mung uso ang mga 5 tube ac-dc radios hindi sadyang isolated sa mains...

Thanks Sir Tony for your 5894 SET amp! I just never stopped thinking about it ever since I heard it for the first time back in July. After pairing it with your 12sN7 / 80ST tube preamp (which I had upgraded with GE 12SX7s and an RCA 80ST), the sound just opened up across all frequencies and the soundstage is now wider than ever. Together with the Mogami cables I got from DJ (dudong), there is virtually no hum. All in all, I'm just one VERY happy camper. My only dilemma now though is deciding whether or not to keep my superb Master Tony 2A3 tube amp [new Shuguang 2A3Cs / NOS VSI 5U4G / NOS RFT EL682s (D3As)] which I got from Larry (camoteque).

glad that you liked it, that 5894 SET has gone the rounds of listeners and have been validated,
i am making another amp using the same formulation but different layout....
....you will have the first crack at listening to it...

re the 2A3, i suggest that you keep it and just sell the Pasvane 2A3 pair...
but if someone makes a move on it, pwede na rin...
just make sure that the other knows what he is going into....

AMX 6BQ5/EL84 pp-amp with busted IEC inlet....culprit, an anaconda like power cord.....
the IEC pins went with the cord when the owner tried to yank it out...
this is the best sounding AMX amp i have listened to....

based on the Dyna SCA35 design...
and the best deal in pdvd for years to come, bought for 3k and 1.5k in repairs and tube change,
this is the best bang for the buck amp there is...a 4.5k integrated amp....
you will not find this amp anywhere else....
