MVP was so furious earlier that he left at halftime. Even told his execs that Norman should be fired. The execs are pissed coz Norman doesnt give his young guys minutes. Aban and Baclao specifically.

those two won't help TNT to win.. aban - knee injury make him slow -    baclao for defense but they need to have a big man with shooting outside.
San Mig was playing good def as well as offense.. if im not mistaken San Mig 5players has 2 blocks each..
TnT was playing well , hindi makalayo ang SanMig... it was a close game down the stretch.. naglalaro sa 7-8 point lead... wala lang talaga 1stop def ung TnT to came close.. palitan ng shoot and in the end since lamang ung Sanmig ... ayun na..
kung maging coach din ako ng TnT ill have 8-10 man rotation...    Barocca is just too good on crucial play and shoots well.

badtrip lang siguro si MVP kasi hindi sila makalusot ngayon sa Sanmig .. which i understand

Maybe Coach Norman should go back to his old school traditional 2 bigs system but TNT doesn't have a center who can play the post game.

i see... mahirap kasing icompare yung young/rookie ng SanMig sa young/Rookie ng TnT...

there so much talent on the young ones ng sanmig... malalim ung bench
even si Cawaling(ok maglaro sa ABL with SanMiguel) hindi din masyado nagagamit sa dami ng ok sa bench.

dapat maintindihan din ng exec or ng players baket konti lang playing time nila lalo na sa mga gantong laban...
8-10 man rotation is needed on this situation for TnT.. For SanMig they can rotate up to 12man due to more skilled players..

Totoo. Di nga kasing talented ng SanMig yung young guys ng TnT. Tanggap din ng execs yun.

Some have given up and are looking ahead na sa next conference. Others are still trying to figure things out to salvage the series. Theyll be meeting this morning and then they'll meet Norman later.

Pero maganda talaga ginawa ni Tim Cone. Babad ang second unit niya during regulations. He rests his first unit as much as possible (except for Barroca who is still young). Wala syang paki sa sweep. Ang importante sa kanya eh championship.

I think the point is, parehong malaki ang war chest ng SMC and TNT. Pero bakit mas magaling mga rookies and second unit ng SMC?

I may sound like a broken record in the thread - SMCorp simply pays its farm teams to get blue-chip rookies and top draft slots ...... SMCorp also circumvents the salary cap by giving under-the-table-salaries to its players.

Except for Yap & Simon, everyone of their starters and 2nd stringers all came from their George Chua/Bert Lina farm teams ....... Pingris, Barroca, Devance, Sangalang, Maliksi, Mallari, Melton, Taha & Matias.

Heck, even the aging, yet still serviceable, Reavis came from that infamous lopsided raiding of then COKE team (via BGK).

The last "questionable" trade that MVP approved was the raiding of then STA.LUCIA to get Kelly Williams & Ryan Reyes ....... TnT had mostly relied on trading for vets e.g. Fonacier from ALASKA to build it's main core.

I hope Joseph Yeo will be given the minutes by Cariaso at Ginebra otherwise his talent will be wasted again by the continuous trading and shuffling of players by the San Miguel Group.
Actually how I wish he is with either ROS, TNT or Alaska coz for sure he will excel playing for any of these 3 teams.

yung free throw ni Castro nagmimintis talaga kahit di sadya. mali mechanics nya e. he bends, tip toes and waits a little bit before releasing. it negates the effect of bending the knees. hindi fluid motion. ive seen it up close. di ko na alam yung kay devance
