Topic: Tube amp cabinet maker

In the process of reviving an old Fisher amp of my father. Would anybody know a reputable cabinet maker in Manila area or nearby province for tube amps as I have lost the old one

I had an X202B before. Orig wooden box was lawanit. Internal frame was 1x1" wood. Amp just slides in. Top had a gold mesh.

if you need a wooden one you can inquire to a shop who makes wooden doors nearby your place to customize one for you or if you happen to know a good finishing carpenter it will be easy for him to make one. If aluminum casing you cam PM master tonyT he knows a place in manila area. where are you located BTW sir? If you are near marikina I can recommend a friend.

Thanks for the reply guys...Im in Makati during workhours, Laguna at night.  I was thinking somebody might know somebody in the audio circle that might do it on a sideline before I go to a carpenter

PM kit_art. He builds speakers. But carpentry is carpentry.  He stays in Marikina I believe. Closer to you is Anthony of A-audio. Sisiw lang iyan if he has the time. A nice wood veneer will be wonderful. Just remember that the old case had an internal frame to allow air around the amp. The outer part is basically a 1/4 inch skin.
