^ Si Ben Mbala nahuling naglaro sa ligang-labas somewhere down south ...... and he claims that he received no compensation for his participation - which is impossible and the UAAP board was right to 'suspend' him for one year.

Si Montalbo ay na-injure. Too bad since the kid looks like a good UAAP PG.

Too bad also for Danding Cojuangco, as he was the one who personally "invested" in Montalbo.

Like I said, for genuine reforms to start in the UAAP ...... all benefits of student-athletes should be disclosed and all tycoons/cronies/businessman/boosters are to be removed from any athletics related events.

Looks like NU will not repeat as champion in the cheerdance competition, too many mistakes in their routine, FEU is the strongest so far.

Pati pala sa cheerdance competition may kontroberysa din, di ko maintindihan paano nanalo ang NU , I am from UST so obviously im dissapinted na di nag chapion and UST though a lot of people feel they derve it this year, if UST has not dpne enough, it shouldnt have been NU beating them. FEU's performance is fa better than NU.

Yup UST should have won, then UP or FEU before NU, which had a number of falls. I guess influential ang owners ng NU. Same guys that own the venue of the competition.

Dapat hulihin din yung dalawang pulis na nagpasindak at bastang pinabayaan na lang umalis si Apacible ...... hindi nakakapagtaka kung bakit madaming gustong maging politico dito sa bansa - makakapag-nakaw ka na, may power tripping ka pa.

Drunk driving ...... idagdag pa natin ang pang-gulpi (van driver, as per the complainant), attempted na pang-gulpi, damage to property, pagpanggap bilang opisyal (usurpation), evading arrest, etc ...... all caught on video.

Let's see if the authorities enforce the laws or let this one "slip" away just like many past cases of rich youth gone wild.

Top guns of San Beda benched yesterday -- Amer, Dela Cruz, Ola, Koga. Buti na lang the second unit responded well to beat JRU.

As to why the 4 were benched, well, your guess is as good as mine.

I remember a story when I was in college late 90s, my gf for a while back then is from Letran & niyaya nya ako manood ng finals between Letran & JRU sa Ultra. Start pa lang ng game rowdy na ang fans from both sides, at halftime parang washing machine ang gulo sa stands, batuhan ng bote & plastic na upuan

I think it was in the 3rd quarter when they stopped the game & let the fans out, they finished the game in closed doors. After we left the venue my gf asked me: "Ganito rin ba sa UAAP?"
