I am now wondering why would she target John Watson in the first place (train) , let shoot him?

I'm thinking it's like a "know thy enemy" thing. Get close to him, then strike when the opportunity is right. Eurus knows that John is important to Sherlock, so hurting him will give her an edge.

The scene where Mrs. Hudson opens her car trunk was hilarious.  ;D

That episode was so twisted (literally for me). But I anticipated what Sherlock would do with the gun as if you've seen it before in some films.

Slightly disappointed with the last episode.  Too overly complicated and indulgent.   Still worth a look though.

Did I miss something in the beginning of the episode? How did Watson survive being shot by Eurus?

Watson mentioned that she shot him with a tranquilizer dart ... I always use subtitles every time I watch any British TV series--It's hard to understand what they're saying sometimes, LOL (lalo na yung Ripper Street)  ;D

just watched the finale. the showdown was kind of a let down but you can see it was written very well. with the ending it is unsure if it will be back for another season.
