I have little issues with NBA teams stacking up on superstars ....... it's not a guarantee for anything (90's BLAZERS & ROCKETS, '04 LAKERS, etc), it's all done within some of the most structured rules in all of pro sports & it brings a good product to your fanbase and the viewing public.
The NBA has some of the most structured rules in all of professional sport ....... its dynamic too, they adjust accordingly when the need arises e.g. waive clause.
Every team is on equal footing - nagkakatalo na lang sa pag-manage mo ng team, coaching, salary, draft, free-agents, etc ........ of course, some teams have an inherent advantage (big market teams e.g. LAKERS, KNICKS, etc) over othe teams, pero in the end its about good management, good coaching and getting the right players.
