Lakers haters will always find a way to hate them...
This is one amazing group of individuals, a bunch of has beens, mga players na malapit ng magretire, but somehow found a way to play along side eachother, as much as I did not like LBJ, I respect his leadership to bring this team together.
I am quite happy sa ipinakitang disiplina ni Dwight Howard, and by doing so, LA is loving him back, he played without his ego and played with his heart and acceptance.
During the Toronto Championship run, I was really impressed with Danny Green’s shooting and performance, was expecting the same play from him when he joined the Lakers, sadly, he was just a shadow of what he used to be. Malaki-laki ang $15m para sa ganitong performance lang...
KCP was ok, he has his off nights, pero pag nag-init at pag nakita ang range, he can be a good scorer...
Rondo stepped up big time, napakaganda ng naging performance nya, the plays and vision sa court, beteranong beterano talaga. Matanda na nga lang din...
Lastly, I am very disappointed with Kuzma, hindi ko alam kung bakit nagbago ang laro nya, he used to be very reliable, not sure if his current position is good for him, or to move him to a different one. Disappointing shooting from the outside, disappointing vision sa loob, sabi nga ng mga analyst, in 3 years, hindi nadevelop ang shooting prowress and shot selection, pag binasehan natin ang last game, a single basket, and a bunch of errors and turnovers. Not a good sign if you want to be a star sa Lakers. The truth is, hindi naman mapepeste ang mga Lakers fans sa kanya kung reliable sya eh. Kaya nagkaruon ng petition tuloy against him. I can only justify it by saying na bata pa talaga, but in this business, he should find his way or end up becoming a trading chip...
Seeing how this team was built by Magic and Pelinka, considering ang daming stars na nakawala sa amin kakahintay sa desisyon ni Kawhi then, am sure maganda ang kalalabasan nitong next season...
Oh and I almost forgot Alex Caruso, from the NBA G-League to becoming a part of the starting line up on a Finals game, He stepped BIG time,..! He was all heart, a very courageous player. I would love to see him stay as a Laker...
