So Lee of Singapore was not a dictator? The whole world was saying he was. He was, but he used it to make Singapore better. You think at that time of Lee democracy worked? I don't think so. the objective of the Vietnamese was to gain independence after being a colony of France for many years....itong mga amerikano, umepal dahil sa cold war with russia, the americans did not want vietnam to fall inder the russians.....a communist vietnam is a threat to the american bases in clark and subic.....
