According to Woj, AD strained/reinjured his right Achilles tendonosis, which is the same injury that kept him out of the B2B games against OKC last week. MRI scheduled tomorrow to confirm severity. Won't be surprised if the Lakers play it safe and rest AD until the All-Star break. Kuzma, Morris, Harrell have to step up.

Notwithstanding Drummond’s flaws, he’s clearly a game changer for the right team and is reportedly generating interest from the likes of the Raptors, Celtics, Hornets, Nets, Blazers, Knicks and Clippers. From ESPN’s Bobby Marks: “The trade value of Andre Drummond has everything to do with his $28.7M contract and less about his play on the court. Cleveland would have to take back $23M in contracts which is a big obstacle right now.”

IMO the Mavs would be a great landing spot for Drummond, but I read that this can only happen in a buyout scenario.

As for Griffin, wonder who would be interested to trade for him given his contract and injury history.

Other trade rumors: Lonzo Ball is likely to be traded by the Pels, with Chicago showing interest.

Jordan Clarkson is having one of those games against the Sixers. No doubt he’s the favorite to win 6MOY this season.

Haven’t really intently watched the Jazz play this season. But they have pretty good chemistry and effective rotation players to complement the main players. Wala pa pala si Mike Conley. Good coaching job by Snyder, considering the internal issues last year and how they exited the playoffs.

On paper if you sum up their current production in their current teams it might look promising however that line up isn't an LBJ type of system.  Ang hina pa sa depensa ng lineup na yan LOL.

They dodged a major bullet there.  Any type of season ending injury for LBJ or AD will mean zero % of repeating.  If they rest him for the next 8 to 10 games (3 weeks sched) and be at least on the 50% win/loss percentage, they would still be in the 5th to 7th seed with half the season remaining to gain lost ground.  No need for them to gun for the top seed since it looks like the playoffs will be once again played inside a bubble (zero travel, contained environment, less% of postponed games) hence zero benefit for finishing at the top.
