Drummond is is represented by Jeff Schwartz of Excel Sports Management. Prior to Jeff Schwartz he was represented by..........Rob Pelinka.

Agree. In an LBJ system...the PG position need not be an all world scoring threat, A (3 and D) defensive threat with a decent 3 point % yes and that type of player can be acquired at a much lower cost. Imagine the success that they had last year when LBJ had one talented big and decent enough 3 point shooters (Pope, Rondo, Green), Now they have Harrel, AD and Drummond. The shooters just need to hit their shots. If they do...even at a decent clip, they would be unstoppable.

Notice to the league: You better have good shooters when you face the Lakers. You dont have a chance in the paint.

Di na pwede mag trade. Tapos na sa deadline.
Sa case ng iba like Drummond and Aldridge it was a buyout. Then they are free to sign to any team na kukuha sa kanila. Yung iba floating pa kse wala pang gustong kumuha like Cousins. Si Otto Porter who is now with Orlando Magic, his contract might be bought out by the team. Parang interested Lakers sa kanya pag na libre na sya.

The chatter about the Lakers getting Lowry was real. Dennis Schroder and KCP was part of the initial trade package for Kyle Lowry. Ujiri wanted THT to be included and Lakers brass didnt want to include THT hence Lowry is still a Raptor till the end of the season. No way for the Lakers to get Lowry now unless a contract buyout happens which doesn't make sense anymore since his contract ends after this season and will become a UFA. The reason the Raptors wanted to trade him was because they have no intention to re-sign the 35 year old anymore and they wanted to get some assets in return. Now they will just let him walk away after his contract ends.

The Lakers could have ended up with Lowry, LBJ, AD, Drummond as part of their first five.

DMC might get a 10 day contract from the Clippers.

Hope he gets it. He worked hard to recover from a series of career ending injuries. He needs to improve on his shot selection though. In his HOU stint he shot the ball only 37%. Very low for a big man. He fell in love with the three point shot as the means to generate points though he wasn't hitting them on a regular basis.

Yes he needs to avoid complaining to the refs on each call. In his short stint in HOU, he led the league in Tech's until Luka decided to go ballistic in the Tech stat. DMC is a marked man on the court. Parang Rasheed Wallace, Dennis Rodman etc. He should know how to manage that.
