Irving just too good. Durant too good. Harden too good. Nets too good. Parang coasting lang sila. Wala pa si jeff green. Only teams I see that can beat them are sixers, with a healthy embiid, Clippers or suns

But who knows, playoffs ito.

Middleton, holiday and forbes should play really good. Forbes played so well sa previous series, eh parang tahimik ngayon.

Sa nets, i hate griffin the most hehe..

Nets doesn’t have any interior defense, pero itong Bucks puro outside shots. Hopefully magiba sila ng game plan next game.

24-4 run ang Clippers at the 3rd. They're up by 15 and both their offense and defense are high level now.

(AP) - Preview capsule for the Phoenix-Denver Western Conference semifinal series that starts Monday:

No. 2 PHOENIX SUNS (51-21, 4-2) vs. No. 3 DENVER NUGGETS (47-25, 4-2)

Season series: Nuggets, 2-1.

Story line: The upstart Suns and Devin Booker take on the resilient Nuggets and MVP front-runner Nikola Jokic as they seek a return trip to the West finals. Both teams were tested in Round 1 and both lost home-court advantage along the way before recovering and advancing. This could easily be the best series of the second round.

Key matchup: Jokic vs. Phoenix’s Deandre Ayton. The big man battle may be a classic in this series. Jokic is the likely MVP this season and Ayton averaged 15.8 points and 10.7 rebounds while shooting an absurd 79.6% in Round 1 vs. the Los Angeles Lakers — his first playoff series.

Injury watch: Denver guard Jamal Murray (knee) is out for the rest of the season, and the Nuggets may get Will Barton (hamstring) back at some point in this series. Phoenix guard Chris Paul (shoulder) got through the series vs. the Lakers, though he clearly wasn’t his usual self.

Numbers of note: Road teams went 3-0 in the season series. Those matchups came in a 23-day span in January, with one game decided by three points in regulation, another went to overtime and the third went to double-overtime. ... Both teams shot 46% against the other in the regular season. Denver was 36% from 3-point range, Phoenix 35% from deep. ... Paul has been to the West semifinals six times. His teams are 1-5 in those series. ... Denver’s Michael Porter Jr. was held to 10.5 points in two regular-season meetings vs. Phoenix. But Porter was a huge weapon for the Nuggets vs. Portland in Round 1.

Prediction: The Nuggets deserve tons of credit for not falling apart when Murray got hurt. But in this one, home court could be the deciding factor. A back-and-forth series it’ll be, and when it's over, Suns in 7.
We deserve better.

Magaling talaga itong si young. Embiid played, 39 points. Question is, how is his injury?

A month ago, sabi sa mga sports news, lumalakas daw yun betting and odds ng hawks to win the conference and championship..or maybe just couple guys betting big on hawks hehe..hmm something cooking? Hehe

Clippers v Jazz na!

This is the crux match in the West, same as Bucks vs. Nets in the East.  IMO it's going to be Jazz vs Nets in the finals.  I am not convinced by the Clippers - nahirapan sa Mavs with its 1 superstar and good to so-so support.  Yun matagal ko ng napansin sa Mavs - when they miss their shots, lalamang na yung kalaban because they aren't too good on defense.  For the Mavs to win they have to sustain their shooting for 4 quarters. The Jazz are on another level offensively compared to the Mavs.  I think the Clippers will win only if most of the Jazz players are off.  Utah I think, is the only team with a fighting chance to beat the Nets.

Kristaps Porzingis got paid more than Giannis Antetokounmpo, Nikola Jokić and Devin Booker this season.
He averaged 13.1 points and 5.4 rebounds in the playoffs.

Masyado kasi concentrated lay Doncic ang play nila, read na read ang galaw nila. It is not a one star player against two star player of the clippers, it is all about five players and team work. Actually i am rooting for them andi like them to win pero dahil ganun ang laro nila ang sakit sa mata panoorin. ✌🏼

^agree with the points, but with that kind of production from his (Doncic) supporting cast eh talagang walang ibang pupuntahan.

They (Doncic and KP) were supposed to be the 1-2 punch of the Mavs but sadly ni jab walang binato itong si KP.

laging nasa perimeter naka tunganga.

let this sink in for a moment if you are a Dallas Fan....

Porzingis is entering the third year of a max contract that has $100 million left, including cap hits of $31.7 million, $33.8 million and $36 million.
Besides missing the 2018-19 season while recovering from a torn ACL, Porzingis has played only 100 regular-season games over the past two years, missing 33 games alone because of right knee soreness.

a ton of money owed to a very brittle player. When healthy...he plays like a guy that they could get for around 12-15M/year

Meanwhile...a few months from now, Luka is about to sign a contract that would ensure generational wealth for him and his family.  Great job for a 21 year old kid.
Cuban better not disappoint the kid....his idol is none other than LBJ hehehe. Its a safe bet that Dallas will offer a 4+1 extension to Luka but the smart move is to sign a 2+1 thereby giving him an out or leverage if Cuban fails to surround him with the requisite help that he needs.

Kidd pulled out his intent to apply for the job as soon as he heard the news re Dame's endorsement. Word is that he is one of the front runners for the Boston vacancy

probably hehehe.  One patterns his style of play sa idol nila eh.  If that's the case then they need to surround him with reliable shooters and P&R bigs just like any LBJ team formula.

With the numbers associated in Porzingis' contract, Dallas is stuck with him.

1. His value is overblown for what he does on the court
2. GM's will be scared to trade for him in the event that his knee issues continues.
3. His contract doesn't expire till 2024.  It has zero value to any team that needs to shed salary after next season.

The only thing they could do right now is to wish he doesn't get injured and put him in a position to improve his game.
