With the numbers associated in Porzingis' contract, Dallas is stuck with him.

1. His value is overblown for what he does on the court
2. GM's will be scared to trade for him in the event that his knee issues continues.
3. His contract doesn't expire till 2024.  It has zero value to any team that needs to shed salary after next season.

The only thing they could do right now is to wish he doesn't get injured and put him in a position to improve his game.

there were also rumors surfacing about KP's attitude and that he's not getting along well with Luka

Di ba supposedly tagal na sila magkakilala? Yun ang press when he was traded, they will become this two headed offensive beast

Lewis admitted to the mistake of pressing the brake warm-up button ... they use that feature to warm-up the brake when on such situations (safety car/standing starts), but it disengages the brakes in the process, hence when he reached the corner he went straight because the brakes were not working

for the F1 thread yata ito bro

Kristaps Porzingis has been frustrated, often feeling more like an afterthought than a co-star alongside Luka Doncic, sources told Tim MacMahon.

taena. paanong hindi siya magiging afterthought eh tuod lang siya pag nasa court. wala naasahan sa kanya. when he gets the ball he either fumbles or just misses the easiest baskets  :P

siya na pala ang Pandemic P hindi na si Paul George

let this sink in for a moment if you are a Dallas Fan....

Porzingis is entering the third year of a max contract that has $100 million left, including cap hits of $31.7 million, $33.8 million and $36 million.
Besides missing the 2018-19 season while recovering from a torn ACL, Porzingis has played only 100 regular-season games over the past two years, missing 33 games alone because of right knee soreness.

a ton of money owed to a very brittle player. When healthy...he plays like a guy that they could get for around 12-15M/year

Meanwhile...a few months from now, Luka is about to sign a contract that would ensure generational wealth for him and his family.  Great job for a 21 year old kid.
Cuban better not disappoint the kid....his idol is none other than LBJ hehehe. Its a safe bet that Dallas will offer a 4+1 extension to Luka but the smart move is to sign a 2+1 thereby giving him an out or leverage if Cuban fails to surround him with the requisite help that he needs.
I will take Javale anytime over KP.

(AP) - Preview capsule for the Utah-LA Clippers Western Conference semifinal series that starts tomorrow:

No. 1 UTAH JAZZ (52-20, 4-1) vs. No. 4 LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS (47-25, 4-3)

Season series: Jazz, 2-1.

Story line: The Jazz are bidding for what would be their second trip to the Western Conference finals in the last 23 years, while the Clippers are still aiming for their first-ever trip to that round.

Key matchup: Utah’s 3-point shooting vs. the Clippers’ perimeter defense. The magic number is 13 3’s. Utah — which made more 3’s per game this season than any team in NBA history — is 6-8 this season when it doesn’t make 13 3’s, and 50-13 when it makes at least 13. The Clippers are 14-18 when they allow 13 or more 3’s, and 37-10 otherwise.

Injury watch: Jazz guard Mike Conley has dealt with hamstring issues at least three times this season, and he left Utah’s Round 1 clincher over Memphis with a recurrence. Serge Ibaka (back) was limited to two games in the Clippers’ Round 1 win over Dallas.

Numbers of note: Utah gave up the third-fewest points per game this season (107.2), the Clippers the fourth-fewest (107.8 ). ... The defenses made the other team’s star work for his points this season. Donovan Mitchell shot 43% (yet still averaged 24.7 points) in three games against the Clippers, while Kawhi Leonard shot 42% (yet still averaged 24.5 points) in two games against the Jazz. ... The Clippers have held 3-1 leads in each of their last two second-round series (vs. Houston in 2015, vs. Denver in 2020) and lost Game 7s each time. ... Utah is 3-0 vs. the Clippers in past playoff series, all of them being first-rounders. ... Jazz were the NBA’s best home team this season, and the Clippers went 3-0 on the road in Round 1 vs. Dallas.

Prediction: The Clippers should have plenty of momentum after their Game 7 win Sunday to oust Dallas, while the Jazz got a few days of rest following their win over Memphis. Expect Mitchell and Leonard to rise to the moment, because that’s what elite players do, so this one may hinge on how players like Paul George and Rudy Gobert produce. Jazz in 7.

Mas may silbi pa sa Blake Griffin ngayon sa team niya compared kay Porzingis.

Kyrie cooking early. Hindi maka diskarte ang Bucks. Hirap sila depensahan ang 1-2-3 punch ni Kyrie, Durant and Harris.

They can afford to rest Harden until the next round.

I still have faith in Kristaps.  Remember last year he averaged 30 in the bubble.  The Mavs are stuck with him so Carisle better maximize his usage, not relegate him to a floor spacer.

Parang walang motivation to play to what he can.

BTW, Nets looking good so far with KD playing really well with Irving and Blake. KD and Irving's play-off experience at full display. Sana mag tuloy tuloy.

Yung top 3 nila not playing the way they do during the regular season. Mahina supposedly ang Nets sa depensa so does it mean talagang pang regular season lang sila.
