They have to reach the finals at the very least. Tingin ko that type of accomplishment can save Coach Bud.

Every coach wants to win the championship. That significantly increases their value and clout. The only team that might need a Head Coach this year and is just one or two adjustments/key pieces away from contending for a ring is the Bucks. Everybody else needs a ton of work (BOS, NOLA, POR, IND, DAL, WAS)

Parang style Steve Kerr lang or Phil Jackson. They can sniff out teams that just need very little to bring them over the hump.

BOS gets: Al Horford, C Moses Brown, and a 2023 second rounder

OKC gets: Kemba Walker, the 16th pick in this year’s draft, and a 2025 second rounder

^ I don't think Kemba will bounce back again. He is on the decline already due to health. Kung di rin lang sya magaling offensively then wala nang me kailangan sa kanya kse maliit sya and no defense at all.

Btw, di ko alam na pwede na pala mag trade kahit di pa tapos season? I thought kailangan tapusin muna ang season tapos ang signing with the new team is on the draft day pa.

Sa Celtics sana kumuha muna ng coach bago mag trade ng players para meron input yung coach kung ano ba ang needed nyang palyer sa team.
