problema ng america, noon, ngayon at poreber - racism, white supremacists
Hindi na totally mawawala yan. Not in a hundred years but the good thing here is that they are gaining headway na. Meron ng self awareness. Just a hundred years ago, blacks only work in plantations and are slaves of the white folks. They couldn't eat in the same restaurant where white folks eat, use the same toilet, drink in the same water fountain etc. Now all of that is a distant memory. There are now black leaders in many industries. One even became the President of their country. Their legal and moral rights are now being respected. The ones who still harbor resentment towards non white folks are all but an ignorant bunch of people.
Yes the progress towards equality and obliteration of racism is far from being realized in the US but they are on the right direction. Slow as it is currently but the ship is steered towards the correct heading.
Masasabi din kaya natin sa Pilipino yan? The past 100 years we have seen regression in all aspects of society including the erosion of moral and religious values. Ang pagnanakaw ay norm na dito. Kaya nga favorite opening line ng mga matatanda pag nagkwekwento is "Buti pa noon..."
Back to the NBA Folks....
It seems like Lonzo Ball's injury is really serious. He had surgery to repair his knee last January. The bulls announced that he will miss 6 to 8 weeks. Several attempts were made to increase his physical regimen but the knee isnt responding well. Till now he is far from playing NBA level basketball.
He will not play in the pre-season and will not start on opening night. He will remain on the injured list. The Bulls badly need his skillset. Last year, December 2021 they were leading the Eastern conference and then he went down with the injury. It was all downhill from there. Well...they won 1 game in the playoffs and that was it.
