Eto may nakita ako ngayon, ibato nya lang anywhere near Wemby, halos sure dunk na yan eh. Sabi nga nila, Wemby's weakness is his teammates hehe

They are tanking. Wemby was guarded by a small forward most of the time in the fourth quarter but they couldn’t pass the ball to him and take advantage of the mismatch. It was frustrating to watch. What’s fascinating was that the coaching staff did not make any adjustment.

If I were the owner, I would surely fire Pop even if he is considered one of the greatest coaches ever. They are at the bottom of the standings in the West and their plays, game in and game out, don't make sense at all unless they are tanking.

These past two games for the Lakers proved that AR should be off limits in any trade talk despite his defensive limitations. DLo may have also saved himself from being traded as their best 3PT option. Rui seems more likely to be shipped by Thursday along with other assets, hopefully for a serviceable 3&D player or for someone with Vando’s motor and defensive skills.

It doesn't make sense for the Lakers to trade Rui. We can say that he performs decent defense while providing above average offense for the forward position.   He is on year 1 of his 3 year contract. The other forwards for LAL are: Prince, Vando, Cam, AD, (at times).  Both Cam and Vando are out long term.  AD rarely plays at Forward.

Redundant naman ang skill set ni D'Lo and AR.  Both excel in shot creation for themselves and others plus both have a long range threat.  Pareho din na anemic ang one on one defense.  AR is on year 1 of his 4 year contract while D'Lo naman can opt out after this season to sign for a bigger salary with another team. 

AR shares shot opportunities with D'Lo.  During Q4 of the NYK game, D'Lo did not play....AR just went to town canning 2 threes and 2 acrobatic shots plus free throws to finish the game.  He also conjured up an assist to Prince for a wide open three.

At some point they should make a decision if they will go for a trade to save this season or they will stay put and just play out this season with the current roster.  No sense in tanking since they do not have a draft pick this season due to the D'Lo - Igoudala trade back in 2019. Oh and they possess the biggest payroll in the NBA at 208 Million Dollars for 2023.

Bob Myers saw this day coming....players with long and fat contracts regressing due to age/injuries.  Very hard to trade since their value has regressed already due to performance.  If you trade any one of the core championship team eh you will be vilified by the fanbase as the guy who broke up the team. Ayun nag resign and naging ESPN analyst bigla from a GM position.

They owe it to Curry and they should surround him with a team that could help him compete.

Ang nakakatakot kasi dyan eh if they trade Klay or Draymond eh baka mawalan ng gana si Steph and he just might retire if the motivation isn't there already.  Hindi sila pwedeng mag reboot and mag youth movement.....Steph doesnt have time anymore to wait for players to develop.  They need to get high impact players that can contribute right away.  Sayang yung plans nila ng youth movement 3-4 years ago, Halos walang nangyari.

Kuminga - still there and improving. The only bright spot.
Poole - Was given a huge contract then shipped out due to character/performance issues.
Wiseman - Bust. A legitimate waste of a draft pick.
Moody - very inconsistent even after 3 years.
GP2 - often injured.  No offensive game to speak of.

Mas mukhang gumanda lang laro nya kasi wala na ibang reliable option. But he's still the same steph. Ngayon nga yung playmaking nya nawala na eh. Naging ball dominant na sya ngayon

I bet he ain't enjoying putting up those numbers.  He enjoys the game more when he makes others shine as well and of course when it results to winning.
