heard the RS1 with rony's 2a3 and jetok's super dooper super turbocharged AMX this afternoon at Hans place...both are excellent and brought out the best in the RS1... im surprised to hear that the S1 is not bright at all, mid is warm enough for the cold Christmas season, and bass is taut... no signs of kaboom, still in the break-in period though. i love its color and finish...but i like it more standing in a silver color stand...blends well with the silver accent of the MA in front and back and will look more elegant.

the rs1 showed positive results hooked up to a rivoed st70, consonance basie preamp, sources - rega planar 3 tt and victor xl-z701 cd player last thursday. first i want to comment on the excellent craftmanship, build quality is top notch, solid real wood veneers, very nice color, love the ma emblem on top of the speakers, high quality binding posts, and the clean simple design of the fascia will turn heads and elicit a second look. i almost forgot it sounds very good too(got carried away coz sa looks pa lang panalo na

) warm sounding mid, punchy base, with smooth extended highs....it sounds bigger than it's size. truly a must audition for those who are in the market for bookshelf speakers.

i agree with new_age na mas maganda with silver stands.........hans, bili ka sa ace hardware ng pylox at pasadahan mo na yung stands mo.

Paano ako mag internet sira monitor ko waaaaaaaaaaaaahhh.. hehehehhe regards to the RS1 very happy naman ako coz good match sya sa AMX amp and room ko just sandfilled my stand yesterday and heard better focus and definition sa imaging.
