Bro, hindi lang sa reviews maganda ang Monitor Audio, sa actual sound reproduction and quality one of the best ito. If you can manage to match it with a good amp (ss or tube) puwedeng makipag-sabayan ito sa mga ibang sikat na brands within the price range (Silver to Gold Series). I haven't heard the RS6 but I own a pair of original UK-MA S6 which I bought in Dubai.

RS1 magnetically shielded....I think so kase dapat sa isang standmounts ay shielded. Better check their website or iyong mga local distributors.

Not necessarily with the same brand, though mas maganda i-complement both make. Ang importante ay tama iyong power output nung center channel with respect doon sa front speakers mo (kahit ano pang brand iyong center speaker). Kase kung hindi match, either i-overwhelm ng fronts iyong center or the other way around. Ang center channel naman kase, ang pinaka-purpose nito ay para sa vocals/talkies and iyong other special effects especially sa multi-channel format in movies & music.

the center channel IS and will always will be the most important channel in any HT system. doesnt matter if your system has 6.1, 7.1 or what have you...if your center channel isnt up to the task then you can forget about having that extraordinary HT experience. assuming that all channels will be equally powered, timbre matching is the most important aspect in relation to the main left and right speakers....get this wrong and the speeding Ducati 999 that will pan across the left, center and right channels will suddenly become a Honda CBR600 on the center channel thus decreasing that sense of realism. the best systems often use IDENTICAL left, center and right channels to ensure 100% timbre matching...if cost is no object then getting the full suite of L,C,R and the surrounds with the same type/model of speakers would be the most ideal. if that isnt possible then you may resort to getting specialized center channel speakers in the same model range as the left and right channels.

Payo ko mas maganda ay pakinggan mo pareho gamit iyong HK235 mo. Kase baka maganda sa ibang tao eh pangit naman sa pandinig mo. Isa pa, tingnan mo kung ano ang pinaka-match sa HK235. Wala nang iba pa na makakapagsabi kung ano ang mas maganda kundi ikaw mismo kase ikaw ang bibili, ang gagamit at makikinig.

Sir Moks,
Both are a good choice.
I have auditioned them both before.
You'll never go wrong if you choose any of the two.
Since you'll need to choose one I'd say go for the MA B4.

Can you give a review of the radius series for HT and Audio purposes? Can their dimunitive size match a front pj projecting up to about 80 inches diagonal?

hi, i need a little bit of advise. ii have a pair of rs1 kasi. i originally planned on sa stereo system only so i bought what i think is the best i could afford. kaya lang after my uncle lend me an avr and couple of his speakers i decided that i also enjoy movies as well as multichannel music. plan ko is to buy the speakers first kasi la pa naman talaga ako gustong avr. what should i do?
center: rs lcr or bronze na center
surround: bronze na pang surrounds or should i buy a floorstander na rs then move my rs1 sa surroound. (i am more inclined to the bronze kasi la ko pambili floorstanders. hehehe. ok lang po ba rs1 sa front. di po ba kulang bass yn? tnx

I using the RS1 for my fronts and I'm very satisfied with it, both for music and HT. Sometimes, I even watch movies using only a 2.1 configuration.

It's powered by an Onkyo 797 by the way.

hi guys, would appreciate your help in determining which HT speakers I should buy. I've actually decided on MA b series 5.1 set up, but while I was scanning the net I came across a review I think by What HIFI (supertest 2006)wherein the B2 actually landed 3rd behind MS902i and Wharefedale 9.1 . To add to the confusion I was surprised to find out that the Wharfs actually are priced similarly to the B series in the UK. I don't mind spending a bit more for B series as opposed to Wharfedale but I don't want to always think back and regret my purchase.(value for money). Thanks for your help
