sorry i'm not a audio techie. Clueless about the value of the wharf caps. Was hoping u have experience replacing wharf 9.1 caps before and would just recommend the appropriate one.

just take out the screws on the back portion of the 9.1 and pull it out, you'll see the caps mounted beneath it, just list down all the text on the caps and post it here.

before i open up my wharfs, 1) just by opening the back will void the warranty? 2) what kind of improvement should i expect with mundorf caps? Tia

I bought these stands today. Got the one designed for the Leisure 2 SE, and plan to use it with my old speaker.

Finished assembling it.... Wow, what a great product; it's very high quality. The box probably weighed more than 20kg! At least that's how it felt like while carrying it.

I was going to have my speaker stands custom made with local hardwood, but I'm glad I came across these... the construction and finish look better than what I had planned.

Besides the high quality, I liked how they didn't put any logo on it so it doesn't look awkward with another brand of speaker. The center column is thick enough that I didn't need to put on the top plate. And the design is symmetrical -- both front and back has the leather trim. Thinking of putting a strip of kamagong wood in front to accent the wood finish of my speaker. I can always turn it around for the original look.

The one I got is almost the same except the bottom plate has a different cut; the corners are straight rather than curved. That one looks great, too! Had a hard time choosing.

this helps a lot sir. at least di namin kailangan buksan ang 9.1 to set the budget for the mundorf caps. the bad news is it (mundorf supreme) costs almost the same as the 9.1s (assuming yun sa price list is per piece 2,226.90 + the 500pesos labor). pretty hard to justify the cost unless night and day difference.

di kaya 0.82 uf lang ang value? really hoping kasi nasa 904.80pesos lang per piece nun.

Any comment on the M-CAP? At least this series talagang affordable! 368.55pesos per piece for the 8.2 uf.

You can't go wrong with Mcap, Big improvement than the stock caps, besides its dirt cheap

Just sharing a pleasant discovery.

ENZO spa located just beside us has been open for almost 8 months but i never dared try it until yesterday because the previous spa lasted less than 6 months and i thought its just the same staff with a different name. Having a very stressful week i finally decided to check out ENZO. To my surprise i got the best massage i had in quite a while. Free sauna pa.

Just sharing a new discovery

had the tweeter caps of my wharfes 9.1 replaced with mundorf mcap at your shop this month. i'm very happy with the high freq now when bi-amped even though di pa fully na break-in. however, i noticed the mids became flatter than before. nawala na yun taba ng tunog. not really an audio techie so would like to know if this is a normal result from changing the caps of the tweeters lang. advice naman...

When we changed the caps, your high frequency becomes clearer, less floor noise. Now you can hear the true sonics of the speaker. New stock of Mcaps is here, you can upgrade your mid woofer caps
