I talked to Sonny yesterday. He said HT2 will be open starting today, Aug 14. He had problems with permits yata. Wasn't able to verify though

Turn Right at Herrera St. (V.H. Rufino St.)
Else If you're on the side of Insular/PBComm,

EndIf

From Herrera St. (V.H. Rufino St.),
Turn Right at Dela Rosa St.
Then stay on the left side of the street (one-way naman 'to)
