guys,

mag set na kayo ng criteria on how to evaluate each pair of speakers(vocals, dynamics, etc.) where 5 is the highest and 1 is the lowest. definitely hindi kasali sa scoring yung respective owners ng mga speakers. i suggest na ang mag i-score ay yung mga prospective buyers para fair. tentative schedule is next saturday. sana available na yung venue.

what amplifier are we going to use? tube? ss? or both? what about the source? digital? analog? or both?

I can bring along my integrated flying moles with buffered preamp...100 watts pero mas mabigat pa yung typical ss integrated, sound wise ibang klase. at least near the price range of these speakers

We have compared the Ikon 6 with a 90T speaker. After the shootout the owner of the 90T speaker called Architectural Audio and got the last unit. just sharing. Im changing all my B&W 600 series speakers to Dali soon. I hear details I dont hear from my B&W and Usher.

hi guys!

had a chance again to give the DALI speakers a listen, this time the DALI Concept 6 (Floorstander) and DALI Concept 2 (Bookshelf), thanks to a fellow member who's DALI all-the-way...the DALIs are very detailed, this is the first thing i noticed...and very revealing as well, you really have to match it with good ICs, speaker cables...i listened most of the time with the Concept 6 as i can still recall my experience w/ the Ikon 6 at AA...for the price, you can't go wrong with the Concept 6 and the Concept 2...Kudos to Epoy, Nico, Chadd and the rest of the AA crew for bringing these speakers here sa Philippine Shores!!!...

back to my impressions...we've used it for only about 1-hour, meaning, literally almost out of the box...detail, detail, detail...this is the main strength of the DALI...the Ikon 6 is really more refined and more detailed vs. the Concept 6 (that's the reason maybe for the price difference + the ribbon tweeters)...highly recommended!...overall, i'm happy with my listening experience

PS: i saw a fellow member auditioning the Concept 2 at AA the other day...paramdam ka naman, hehehe!...post your comments for the benefit of our fellow members here, hehehe! itago na lang natin siya sa pangalang _ _ _ _ hehehe! DIY fanatic yan!!!

8 ohm If your speaker is 6ohm.

Ilan watt pala tube amp mo sir?? kahit 25watts you can play mid to semi loud levels
