The cost of construction will depend on your requirement. I can work within a reasonable budget, baka isipin mo puro artista lang hehehe. Check the pics of Kinsella.

nyeheheh. mukhang naging kawawa naman yung isang set up diyan kumpara sa celebrity houses. ay teka akin palang set up yun! ha-ha-ha!

naglalakihan mga speakers nila yung sa akin mas malaki pa paa ko!

hindi po ako celebrity hindi tulad ng ibang clients ni levi na mas malaki pa ang talent fee compared to my budget. yung pinturang ginamit sa house ko galing national bookstore lang poster paint lang. dasal nga ako hindi umulan!

Di bale kinsella mas mukha ka namang artista kesa dun sa celebrity client ni levi hahaha.

Its hard to give a good estimate if I dont have any info of what you want in your house. I cant give the lowest budget possible. I based my quotation from the work to be done. I also have small projects including renovations. Hindi puro artista or pilit maging artista like Kinsella. I will post more pics next time so you can also see the small projects.
I wish I have my own house din. Im just renting but I renovated the townhouse so it would look good. Marami pa sana akong gustong gawin but Im way over my budget plus its not my place. I will post my new Audio setup next time.

congrats, pare!...i'll call you soon...if plans would push through, we're selling our house and will transfer to another village/community also in the south...we're looking at a pre-owned house that needs to be renovated...of course my 1st choice for the job will be mr. sevilla - you're the man!!!
