It was really planed that way. Very low key yung facade. Todo sa interior. I saw the house from the next street only after finishing it. Ang ganda pala especially when all the lights are on. During the house warming all the celebrities were impressed with the house. They were saying its a boutique hotel. Its was very nice to hear their comments. When I went to Loyola Marikina I saw the house also. My dads grave is at the back of the last supper. My mentor was watching me when I was building it. hehe

The owner is not a celebrity but a big boss of ABS CBN. My ongoing project is a TV celebrity from walang Hanggang. Its bigger but does not have a view

Looks like they have another party tonight: lots of cars outside and tents set up at the front courtyard/mini plaza when we passed by from work earlier.
