you made the right move sir, actually in the long run naka save ka pa in building yourself a dedicted HT room, latter pa nga you can have your audio set-up there also, as i see maluwag pa space mo.
again tamang move din yan pg kuha mo sa pier rather than yong mga generic amps, its like getting an old reliable rather than an new production junk. and take note those are mostly top of the line units during there hay days, kaya nga umabot yan ng ganon katagal bec they were really well built. i myself have several from pier units and very proud of it. caution lang sir, medyo mahirap maghanap nyang mga nasa niji list and dont expect youll find 1 agad2x sa 1 puntahan lang, and they will probably price it high so be prepared to haggle. inspect inspect inspect, audition audition audition.... to avoid getting a dud.
