Many years have passed and my interest in audio has since subsided; yet
my choice for the best 'audio' speaker hasn't changed... it has been, and it will always be---
a
B&W...
Listen and you'll see! (Really, just listen, and you'll see!)
'Do your speakers sound live? Mine does!'This statement (seen on the left of your computer screen) is not an exaggeration.
I have B&W DM604 S3 as my main speakers and Velodyne Acoustics CHT-15 as my subwoofer.
And oh, my amplifier is not an expensive Rotel (as many would expect) but a lowly Onkyo receiver
(TX SR701). My speaker cables? They're those cheap 'generic' gauge '14' speaker wires.
http://i290.photobucket.com/albums/ll241/fuji_finepix_f30/HT-large.jpgDiscouraged by your B&W 600 series 3 speaker's 'mediocre' performance
compared to 'Paradigm', 'Dynaudio', B&W 800 series speakers, etc.?
It's the set-up and your room, not your ancilliary equipment that makes the
BIG difference!
Still not convinced? Pay me a visit when you are in Cebu...
Classicman (a.k.a. 'attorney') has my mobile number.
Until next time... (I may not be around here again for a long while... I've
been inactive lately as I find my set-up 'perfect' for my ears already.)
Here's to wishing everyone an end to their SARS...

P. S.
I am not a dealer of B&W speakers nor am I in any way connected to B&W or its affiliates or subsidiaries. I am just an audiophile who loves listening to music all day long while my tv sits around gathering dust...
