Kala ko may update na sa Class A amp :-pSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I remember installing an Orange Chiclet Type of Condenser to slow down the sharp edges during those times, In the 80's IIRC the Gray PT-6 cost P700/each then the Gold version cost P1,200. Those were the days 12" Hokotone woofers & PT6s' then Diy booster w/ 8 power Mat su shi ta power transistors on each side of the heat shink + KP-500= Boom & SitSIt, no vocals heard
Those were the days, simple lang hindi complicated. Pinaka mahirap lang sa akin noon is treating the hum pag nag accelerate hahaha bec of hogh tension wires
uy kumustamos senyor cal!!!Sent from my F3216 using Tapatalk

Tito and Titas Pare ba ito?Sent from my F3216 using Tapatalk
It's official, these clones are staying in my setup. Unlike the original Pioneer PT-6, these clones took a bit of fiddling to integrate it to my Markaudio speakers. My main goal was to augment some "sizzle" to the falling upper frequency response of my main speakers... and so it did. The lack of proper data from the manufacturer meant that I had to rely on some "old school" ways for the crossover filters but it was all fun and worth it. We played Chuck Mangione's Bellavia and it passed with flying colors. Well, at least to our ears (happy wife = happy life).
Base pa lang ng tweeter ulam na.. iba tlga pag si sir jojoD818 ang nag tono, hindi na kailangan ng Lpad..Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
