Thanks alx, they only sell Aurum Cantus and other China made speakers.  No Mission.

No more Missions there now. You can try DCM at Cubao, thats the Mission Distributor. But last time I looked, many are out of stock already.

Tnx Matz!  Sige il check out the store.  Grabe and dami ko gusto bilhin.  B&W speakers and subs, dynaudio subs, Mission speakers, power amps, etc. etc.  Wala naman pera. haha.  Window shopping feels almost like owning the items.

Dynaudio are not known for their subs. But for speakers, you just have to audition well powered Dynes if you love music & HT... you will be left with ... 

They wont work well with receivers alone in my experience, but power amps will make em sing though. Same with B&W speakers IMO.

For HT, missions are great!

Dont rush, enjoy your setup first!

ano po ba ang effect pag naikabit  na wrong polarity ang cable sa speaker side/.I've listen to music for 5 hrs ,na discover ko ng tanggalin ko yung speaker cable sa right side e baligtad pala ang kabit ko.Sa ampli side eh tama yung kabit k0 [red to red] pero sa speaker side naman e baligtad [red to black]

any comments?

Sir, I had 3 Mission models & didnt have problems naman,would you kindly share your bad experience for the benefit of the members?  Just curious why you call Missions a LEMON.

I've actually just experienced the "wrong polarity sound" yesterday when I disconnected all my speakers from the AVR for general cleaning. Because my bookshelf's orientation is upside down, I accidentally plugged the speaker wire in wrong polarity(back-to-red and red-to-black) of my left speaker. The result is that the imaging was destroyed. Singer's voice is no longer centered, seems like the voice is pasted on the speaker itself. Instruments location is also hard to pinpoint.

But, I've read from one article that "wrong polarity" setup is used to effectively break-in the speakers while playing pink noise. Haven't tried it myself though.

sir mattmatt, same concern here - i've matched my missions with both hk avr 2000 and duntonic du-3i, so far no issues.   kung puwede lang isama katabi sa kama e.....  am third owner of this mint condition speakers and all i can say is wow!   quite curious now that you consider these brand as lemons???

Used to have Mission M73, M7c1 and M7ds for 5 years at hindi naman ako ngka problema...thank God
it seems may bad experience po kayo sa Mission....may i ask kung anong series & model po yun?

its more on the 78 series, lahat yung defective, which was ADMITTED BY UK OFFICE NILA. and dito walang paki yung local distributor dati na si DCM

Still DCM but Mission is undergoing changes in management due to its bring bought by another company and they are shifting their factory to China. So DCM (Melvin) is having difficulty with contacting Mission as they change their manager every month... accdg to him.

Yep, Mission is going China, B&W has gone to China, Tannoy has a factory in China, etc. but their hi end models are still made in their native land.

If you will say "stay away from China made speakers" then your budget ought to be ready for the high end models only.  Unfortuneately,  only a handful in this site can afford them.

DCM is the distributor of Mission in the Phil. Kaya lang very limited na stocks. Likewise you can PM Cyber he might also have NOS Missions. Or Oreoshake i think mayron siya like brand new M52.

DCM very poor after sales service,  if your willing to take the risk go ahead and try. Wala din spare parts and daming magaganda dyan other brands.........
