I just saw the local copy of Blade Trinity @ P425.00. Though it was released by C-Interactive, I just thought it was already a good deal for a feature-packed double disc edition.

It contains both the unrated cut and the theatrical release. If I'm not mistaken it also has DTS-ES and DD-EX tracks.

truly a great improvement from other earlier titles released by the same firm.

packaging is very similar to other c interactive releases (van helsing, riddick, etc..).. good thing its a 2 disc release with features similar to the r1 release.

Are the discs DVD 9 or 5? If the movie disc is DVD 9 and the bonus features disc is DVD 9 or 5 then it's a good buy then. Hope someone can confirm.

Got this title for PhP 425 last night at SM Astro Cebu, well as expected the 2 discs are DVD 5 with insert . The quality of the video transfer is not as good as Warner 2-disc releases , pixelaton is noticeable on dark backgrounds/scenes. The only pluses are the audio in DD- EX & DTS-ES all discreet. I rate this 6 out  10 for using single layer disc & some pixelations.

it won't play on my 5 year old Sony dvd player. same error message when I play pirated dics...

Got the Thai R3 (NTSC!) 2 disc set in DVD9 at the Bangkok airport Duty Free shop.
It came in a three gatefold metallic digipac and it only cost me 325 baht or about P425.00.
DTS and DD5.1 in English and Thai 5.1. not bad!

Don't buy the friggin' Philippines version because it is released by C"rap"-Interactive.

I guess at PHP425.00 would not be a great buy due to the quality of the DVD by C-interactive.

Maganda nga yung packaging nung Blade Trinity sa Thailand. Saw it at Siam Paragon, Bangkok last month. Wala pa yatang 500 baht..I think. Magkano nga ba baht=peso?

Like THX1138, I also bought this dun na sa Duty Free sa airport.  Cost me ThB 325, roughly converted to PhP 440.  The two-discs are both DVD9s (5.87 + 6.23 GB).  Super sulit!!!
