cge fafa ricky, will check. i was thinking maybe we can go with simple artwork para less cost... just managing expectations here. on the other hand, sayang naman. i have envisioned this project to be the mother/father of all demo discs---Philippine edition. thus, a simple package would never be enough IMO.

need your inputs guys. this is as crucial as the other aspects of the project.

There's but one guy that comes to my mind who was formerly ONE of THE MOST POPULAR original members in this forum. i just wonder why his enthusiasm faltered thru the years. He has been our graphics and layout artist in our society's newsletter and annual souvenir program. Remember this Pinoydvd Legend and moderator? Mr. Oakley himself!

Redge for outsourcing ok naman esp kung hindi natin talaga kaya gawain

,but the way i see it yung effort ni blu is more than enough naman na para iconsider natin,atleast talaga done by the Ocean's twelve yung project

and problem with outsourcing lang is yung budget or yung trade-off

Yes, the question is, how much ba tayo ma-charge para sa design? Di pwedeng i-trade one copy for design lang...very very unfair super duper

Agree. It was just a suggestion just in case the group wants to consider the alternative. Blu's taste in both form, style and above all quality is unrivaled.

OT: woodie is still very much in (beep), it seems he's currently very busy with something. I just cant get in touch with the guy.

As for sourcing outside help for the packaging design/layout and fabrication

we can have this as an option but we all need to agree first para hindi pabago-bago later on ;)But honestly gusto ko na yung ideas ni blu kasi talaga naman dedicated sya dito sa project natin

kaya im sure pinagiisipan nyang mabuti, plus redge is always there to give useful inputs to blu to consider for the betterment of our project

Hope all participants can give their inputs also while we are still in the initial design stage so we will not waste time and money for revisions in the end

Agree! Regardless if it's Blu's or outsourcing, we have to agree first.

My comments/inputs on Blu's work -

- Box. I'm not saying it's better, I (just) prefer dark(er) colors. That's my input for DemoDisc2, and jeckjeck agreed

- The Green Cardboard. Can we find something similar to Pinoydvd color (green)?

- How about including PinoyDVD logo (do we need to ask Dave/Anali's permission? think so

)
