I have the regular version only. But this is a wonderful movie worth recommending. I have watched it 3 times in the past 3 months. 

Great special effects and PQ, SQ.

I have loaned mine to ricky and bluray and they all agree that this is a nice movie. Its better than Hero in my book, but in the fastasy genre.

ESI also called me yesterday and he loved this movie, though lacking in LFE, in his opinion.

For my taste ok lang yung LFE,but what i like about this movie is the very active surround effects and so nice PQ.

As recommended by ricky and Mat, I got this copy from HMV in HK. It was currently #9 out of the TOP 20 DVD sales. To my surprise when I went around some more shops, they were selling the same title but in different packaging. The one Pchin has is the Limited Edition as stated which comes at a price. The one posted above is the one I got and contains 2 dvds, 4 postcards and a booklet. And this the regular 1 disc version which is only 140 pesos cheaper.


It was really a treat to know from the other seller that I got the better deal since his stock had run out already. This picture is stunningly captivating. My grandma who was just checking out what we were watching sat down intently and gasped at the beautiful cinematography this picture shows. Reference quality in PQ! Did I mention its in DTS-ES and DD-EX to boot. As stated by matz, I would have wanted more LFE in some scenes (ie. Bull chase) but hey as ricky said the surrounds give you a blast in fight scenes! I've seen it twice already. If your in HK check it out and get one for yourself or order online. Thanks Ricky and Matz for a great recommendation!

the promise first limited edition (HK Version) is still available at buyoyo for HKD93.00 or around $12.  Was thinking of getting this together with A Chinese Tall Story LE but opted to get Initial D. Now i'm thinking of getting this title also....hmmm.....isip isip.... eh... anyone wanted another copy to save on shipping? hehehehehe

this is the link for the english version of the LE posted above by Pchin....it costs around $33. Looks like its the same above, yun nga lang, ang laki ng delivery unit - 10 units so its around HKD110 or $14.19 total of $47.19.  Publisher for this Chinese LE is Hei Long Jiang Kultur Audio Publishing Company.

so far no tax kasi direct delivery nya sa house namin - yun nga lang, i usually limit my orders to less than $50.

i checked buyoyo's shipping reference. what's the diff of airmail and courier? and what's the airmail/courier printed matter? when i tried checking out the dvd, it doesn't display the total shipping charge. i still need to click on the shipping reference to view the costs

hmm... when i check out... automatic na sya naglagay ng shipping method/preference. Usually its Region A then courier. 
May tracking naman sila, they used DPEX twice in my case   if the item is in stock, it usually takes 1 or 2 days shipping lang after card approval.
