To be or not to be POLITE!
« on: Feb 07, 2006 at 05:22 PM »
By the way regarding my quest of electronics for my Dynaudio, I sent  emails to some big dealers and distributors in Manila and Cebu in the last 2 weeks and never got a reply. It was the case of The Home Theater in Manila and I even called them them up about Arcam to no avail, AVsurfer for Sherwood and Sound'n Images in Cebu.
For your information! ;D :(

What I know is, big companies generally do not read e-mails from unknown people eg customers. If they do they typically pass the responsibility to the next person. Because of this no one takes full ownership of the problem. Much later on, this complaint will all be forgotten.

You need to be patient and bid your time.

Thanks a lot everybody. I understand it better in English though French is my mother tongue.
Anyway I'll be in Manila in less than 3 weeks.
Maraming salamat.
