hi sir, i'm just a noob to HT, and like you and some forumers here, have had the luck to have a dedicated HT room. I saw your video on youtube, I was wondering where you got the cinema seats and how much? Saw in your first post on this thread that your PJ screen is DIY, may I ask what material you used? I was wondering if I could get some screen material from Shell Canvass kasi, if there's something there that can be used for such. TIA! 
The cinema seats I got from Cosmotech in Festival Mall. They would tell you that you should wait 30-45 days when you order the seats coz the merchandise will be coming from Korea. It took 3 1/2 months for mine to arrive. But it was worth it.
I had 2 DIY PJ screens before. One 80" diagonal screen which I sold when I transferred my HT stuff to the present bigger room. I had a 96" DIY screen made for the new room but the one who made it had some problems stretching the canvas and had some parts sagging. The one you saw in the video is not DIY anymore but a 90" manual pulldown screen I bought from S&S.
I bought the material (black out cloth) for my DIY screen from Shell Canvas.
