Any comment on Pioneer PLJ-5000W. Planning to buy, please help. thanks

I just bought the PL-J2500 (black model).
The model is for Japan so the manual is
in Japanese.

Its 110V but a transformer is included.

It has RCA jacks for connection to the
receiver. The jacks are permanently connected
to the TT and is quite short so I have to buy
extensions. The TT does not require your
receiver to have an input for Phono. I used the
AUX.

This is the first time I bought a turntable so
I can not really recommend this with
confidence. However I can say that I am
satisfied with what I bought.

Dear Mr Bently,
   I'm not asking what kind of turntable is better but any comment on a pioneer PLJ-5000W turntable, because I want to buy this product. I came across this when I read the buy and sell and it's only selling at 2.5K. Although its cheap, I don't want to waste my money on a product that I can't use or listen to.

please take a careful look at the unit before buying this. If you havent seen it yet, the unit is made of plastic, only the tonearm and cartridge are not. Please also bring an lp with you if you plan to go the place of the one selling this.

same here ... my pioneer receiver doesn't have a phono input.

i'd like to buy a turntable too, and a decent technics is just too expensive pala. :'(

I was in hyperaudio yesterday and at bobby's last Saturday, para akong dinuduyan sa langit during my audition... hanep sa audio quality ang setup nila!
