That's a bummer... Good thing amazon is known for its customer service, shouldn't be a problem getting a replacement. They aren't asking you to return the damaged steel are they? I can't remember, but I did receive damaged goods from them a couple of years back and they sent me replacement without having to return the damaged item.

My Minority Report came in a thin cardboard envelope, I thought for sure it was damaged beyond recognition.. but lady luck's smiling on me. The steel is in perfect condition.

I got my Inglourious Basterds German SteelBook from ebay. I got it for EUR 32 shipped (about P1800 converted).

Nope, I'm in the province - Laguna to be exact. My orders from amazon.de usually takes 10-14 days to get here. I don't know why but this one got here pretty fast. Shipped May 20, I received it May 27 - only 7 days.

Yes, i got them pristine. no dents, dings, or scratches. Posted some pics in the other thread.

It did come in that wrap around cardboard of theirs, gave me a scare (again).

Sorry to hear about your SPR... you'd think Amazon would listen to the numerous complaints they get regarding packaging... they never learn, do they?

I think you can still get replacements.. just not sure when it'll be back in stock, so you'll probably have to wait a little. But I did see them get back in stock a couple of times... they sold out pretty quick though.
