just started collecting blu-ray discs

i don't have the player yet but I read in the other thread posted by our fellow expert pdvd brothers that PS3 so far is cheapest and powerful player compared to standalone players, i might be getting one unit this month, it is S$799 here in singpore, can't wait to test and see my bd discs

But as far as I know, Maximus is based locally. Unless he had a trip stateside or something......

Cardinal audio in greenhills is selling the hd-dvd version @ P2,300 & other local "sources" have it 1 week in advance of official US release date.

I think he's also the one who has the first Ultimate Matrix here posted a week earlier that the listed release date.
