I can only pacify my envy by downloading as much 720p/1080p contents as I can but nothing beats the comfort of watching hi-def in the living room or bedroom on a nice HDTV.

OT: I'd just like to mention it here because this seems to be the most popular thread. B1G1 for HD-DVD now going on at Amazon! Finally!!! Go check out the list in the proper thread and buy NOW before the deal abruptly ends. The list is rather limited but it's better than nothing.

Makapal ang case ng mga UK imports. Same thickness as the regular DVD case.

I dunno why they did that.

BTW, for the Harry Potter box size - just to give an idea to everyone. The actual size of the box is equivalent to 17 stacked HD DVD or blu-ray cases. And comes with metal hinges and lock. Yup, it's that big.

^Yeah, yun din ang alam ko. I thought that Region B cases were thick and the Region A cases were thinner. But when my Days of Glory popped up, nagulat naman daw ako dahil it's on a slim case.

If I were collectiong UK released Blu-Rays I would be pissed.
