Thanks Sir Philander.
But the link only shows the gears but not the settings.
I included the gears as a reference for newbie's like me starting on this hobby.
Most of us always asked if we have the same setup as others and would like to know their settings.

Guys would appreciate it very much if you could post your settings.
TIA

==================================

To sir newbie pa rin, here are my observations for Klipsch RW-10:

- Pinakamalakas ang sub output pag line-level connection, using 2 inputs (left and right) ang gamit; mahina pag isa lang ang input (left OR right) or pag sa LFE Direct lang ang connection.

- Gumagana ang sub crossover adjustment pag nasa line-level or speaker-level connection; bypassed ang crossover ng sub pag nasa LFE Direct connection.

DVD for crossover adjustment:

- When my sub x-over is set at around 60hz to match the x-over of the other speakers (60 hz), malakas pa rin ang "gapang" ng sub, pero nawawala ang "punch".  Ang test disc ko ng "punch" ay War of the Worlds.  Lumilitaw ang puwersa ng "punch" sa  chap. 5 (time = 20:49 to 25:10) pag above 100hz ang x-over AND using line-level inputs.

DVD for volume adjustment:

- Star Wars Episode III (Revenge of the Sith), chap. 2.  Use the bass of the Star Destroyer's sound effect. The chapter starts with the Coruscant sun, then shows a slowly-moving Star Destroyer.  The sound is not a clean bass, but is supposed to be a rough, rumbling sound. Sobrang lakas ng hangin na lalabas sa RW-10 port, parang hangin ng aircon. If volume is too high, you will get excessive wind turbulence from the sub's port.

Volume adjustment - Start at around 8 o'clock, then increase to get the highest possible volume without turbulence. Never turn the volume dial all the way down to zero (6 o'clock).  Ewan ko kung bakit, pero sa unit ko, pag sumagad sa 6 o'clock, may malakas na tunog, parang masisira ang unit.

Im using a splitter and I connect it to the the subs red and white RCA is this the line level connection?
What is speaker-level connection and LFE Direct connection?

Feeling ko kasi hindi gumagana ang sub ko the way it should be parang mahina when watching movies.
I'll try to listen to War of the Worlds later tonight to see what would happen.

Ok ang connection mo, sir. You are using main line-level connections. Yan na nga ang connection na recommended ng Spectra.

Line-level connection pag connected sa RCA = (a)  left and/or right (see Figure 2 of manual); or (b) LFE Direct (see Figure 1 of manual).

Speaker-level connection pag connected ang speaker wires sa speaker binding posts (see Figure 3 of manual).  Sa LFE Direct connection, bypassed ang x-over adjustment ng sub, so ang gumagana lang na x-over ay yung sa receiver.

====================================

Try setting your fronts to "SMALL", and observe the difference.

Hindi ko lang alam sa HK, pero sa Yammy receiver ko (at sa lumang Pioneer ko na nabenta ko na), pag naka-set sa "LARGE" ang fronts, full frequency na ang pupunta sa fronts, so wala nang signal for the fronts na pupunta sa sub regardless of your x-over setting.  Kung pareho lang ang HK sa Yammy & Pioneer, then under your present setup, the sub receives only the following signals:

(a) LFE (".1"), and
(b) Signals from center & surrounds w/ frequencies below their respective x-over points.

Tanong mo na rin sa HK users, pero sa tingin ko, hindi gumagana ang x-over ng fronts mo dahil naka-"LARGE" ka sa fronts.  Para gumana ang x-over ng fronts, dapat naka-set ito sa "SMALL".
