Hi, newbie here. May binigay sa aking deffective Onkyo TX-SR806. walang tumatanggap for repair dito sa davao kaya pinadala ko sa qc. Hdmi board daw ang may tama and 13k for labor and parts.

Ok na po ba yon? Tama lang ba presyo? tia

mahal talaga magpa ayos sir. so better think twice, lumang model na din kasi yan saka konting dagdag na lang, brand new receiver na.

av receivers today are not built like tank unlike vintage amps in the past. av receivers are more on features due to stiff competition and due to online buyers who base their decision on features, hence for them, the more features,the better.hence,at the expense of durability, here came av receivers which have more "features". in general, madali talaga masira mga receivers ngayon, more so if made in china yan.

and pag naayos ba, sure ka ba na hindi na masisira ulit yung ibang parts?

with a brand new receiver,you can even avail of its warranty kung masira agad and have a peace of mind.

just my opinion though.

Thank's. Backread nalang ako for recommendations and reviews na pasok sa budget. brand new nalang for peace of mind. Kung nasa 5k lang sana cost nong repair, papatulan ko talaga sana.

good day mga sir. newbie here. ask ko lang mga sir kung ano marerecommend nyo for a beginner. HTIB or separates. budget po 70k max for the whole set. area 13sq/m (3 x 4.2 meter) bare pa underconstruction pa. Onkyo brand lang po kinoconsider ko by referral and research lang sa net. been reading for a week now hirap pa rin magdecide. eto po mga models na kinoconsider ko Onkyo HT-S9700thx & HT-S7705. sa separates TX-NR646 7.2 & sa speakers wala pa particular na brand and model. thanks po mga sirs

kung ako ikaw, 646 + separates kukunin ko. mas maganda mabubuo mo sa separates.

Q-Acoustics 3000 Series sounds very good on Onkyo 646's.

Why anung problem? na try ko para lang syang loudness sa bass kung ano ang setting mo sa crossover fq sa front.

My Onkyo 515 is now experiencing the no network/ sound status. Upon reading from other forums, this is prevalent to this model i think. Onkyo even extended the warranty up to 2018 for US market. Mine is not locally sourced so definitely will not be under warranty. Usually daw ang problema is the HDMI board. Any idea on how much will it cost to repair? TIA

Hi... Magkano na ngayon ang rz800 locally...

Price at amazon is less than 700usd...

Rz800 had a lot of good reviews vs the 747.....

1. sa DVD source ko ayaw gumana ng HDMI audio..naka ON naman hdmi audio sa source..pero ANALOG lang na de-detect ng AVR at 5.1 naman audio ng movie ko.

2. sa NMT source ko, ayaw mag send ng digital audio using HDMI pero gumana sa TOSLINK..pero I suspect NMT issue ito..btw, Measy AIHD ang NMT ko..HDMI lang kasi nakalagay sa audio option ng NMT walang HDMI RAW

solved na yung #1. re-seat ko lang ung HDMI nag OK naman.

ung #2 me nabasa ako sa Measy A1HD thread na parehas kami ng issue.

Im almost ready na to purchase receiver from onlyo.
My choice is rz800 and the 2016 model nr757
They are currently at the same price due to a sale for last years receiver.(rz800)

Patulong naman po kung anong pipiliin ko sa dalawa. Pros and cons at
Ano mas ok.

Measy A1HD does only outputs stereo via hdmi. You can only have 5.1 via toslink.

More for music ang rz800 (pang audiophile) while the NR757 more for movies.. RZ800 can drive high-end speakers (4 ohms).
