Did some research on my problem.
And I think I found a solution. Fortunately, Onkyo USA has a running program for this specific issue, link:

This is a hassle to ship the unit to U.S. though, ouch!

update firmware of my 656 last night successfully. I run the mic calibration and test this night, nagulat ako sa results nung calibration mas malinis na sya tumunog sa ngayon compare on my previous setting. Pero mas nagulat ako nung habang nag calibrate nakupo lalo na nung sa sub testing pati kisame ng neighbor ko ramdam ko pagagpag lalo dun sa last part nung test sa sub ginapang kapit bahay eh pigil hininga ako sa kaba..bukas sana di ako mabarangay ng kapit bahay.

After nung calibration I was so happy with the result.

ngayon lang ako natuwa sa calibration ng Onkyo.

sa calibration mic sinet nya sa 40hz speaker LFE 120hz, ok naman results for me.

Sinet sa akin ng 50 ok naman din result. May nag advice 80 lang daw kung bookshelf speakers..

naka 80 ako dati before mag mic calibration okay naman din.

na update mo na firmware mo sa latest? na try mo na ba re-calibrate Onkyo mo with latest firmware anong crossover setting at lfe nyan after calibration, amaze talaga ako sa results after firmware update and mic calibration nito.

before kasi kailangan ko pa mamili ng sweet spot na pakikingan para pumantay level but now kahit saan ng sala ako maupo balance parin ang bato ng sounds sa ears ko, husay ng Onkyo ngayon sa calibration mic unlike noon ang hirap intindihin bawat bato ng tunog hanapan mo pa ng sweet spot para marinig gusto ko timpla..sa sub level lang ako nag adjust set kasi nya ng +1db binalik ko sa -2db ang level ng sub ayun its sweeter na.

Updated na nga kaya maganda din calibration ko.. accueq pa din yan diba?
Nung una palang inupdate ko agad.

maganda pa dyan yung sound staging after ng calibration walang sapawan sa tunog iba na nga siguro technology ng Onkyo sa mic calibration nila this time.

Pa tulong naman yun onkyo sr313 na receiver ko walang sound kapag dts-hd or true hd may nakalabas na pcm. pero kapag dts or dolby d meron naman sound.

sinubukan ko na din i-factory reset pero ganun pa din. ano kaya problema neto??

Updated my 656 as well. Nanibago nga ako. Parang mas malinis and malawak tunog bigla.

Nag calibrate ako ulit then dun ko na-discover na yung right front ko eh tweeter na lang gumagana. So bad trip ako afterwards. Hanap pa tuloy nang kapalit.

Ginamit ko muna psb image t5 ko for front and right. Calibrated again then konting adjustment sa level. Set crossover sa full band. Recommended daw for floor standers eh.

Do you guys turn on the accueq room calibration? Initially i turned on (except front/left). Tested this one but it does not suit my taste. Numipis tunog. Turned it off and mas maganda ang tunog. Mas buo.

for crossover set ko lang sa 40hz front, center, surround ,(auto mic calibration setting of my speakers) so far so good for me. nilalaro ko lang yung level calibration after nung calibration.

Yun din recommendation initially ng auto calibration sa fs ko. Except sa center and surrounds 100hz.

Maybe biglang nanliit center ko. Well maliit naman talaga.

What I can say is that i'm liking the psb onkyo combination. Wharfedale right now gamit ko so now I have two routes:

1. Replace fronts with wharfedales as well to match all speakers. Volume ko with this setup now is 55 - 60. Medyo mahirap din drive wharfedales.

2. Buy the matching psb center. I'm sure mas madali i-drive PSB.

volume ko is 54 na, di ko ma appreciate less than that eh, max ko is 65 sa 656 ko.

Same level din tayo. Maybe ganun talaga 656. Wharfedale diamond 9 hcp na maliliit lang gamit ko. Kaya nung kinabit ko psb nanibago ako
