Hi mga gurus...i have a 609 and will use it more for ht 70-30 than for audio...

Can you recommend a set of speakers?

budget is 12k to 15k for my fronts...initially looking at the polk audio tsi200 but can consider the tsi300 if amp can handle the power requirements. Baka kasi bitin ang 609 for floorstanders.

Other options are welcome. Tnx

Consider also Rti A1 or A3.

For me better ang A3 than TSi300

Hi guys. I need advise. I'm in Canada right now and it's Boxing sale week. I'm planning to buy a receiver.

Is this a good receiver for my bedroom? http://www.uk.onkyo.com/en/products/tx-sr309-35373.html It's only $187 or about P7,667 on sale. I will be powering 2 front floor standing Studio Acoustics (Daiichi) speakers lang. Maybe add a sub and a center channel later on. It will be used for my general audio. Music, PS3 and BluRay movies.

Or am I better off getting a higher end one in the MP? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. THANKS Onkyo guru's. :)

If kaya naman ng budget chief try to consider a beefier amp like the Onkyo 609 or 809 which is very cheap na considering its performance ;)

818 has a much better room correction tool, the audessey xt32 over the 809's multitx.

What's the 24p bug issue sa onkyo 818 and 717. Im reading this issue sa avsforum at sa us onkyo forum hindi ko lang maintindihan masyado. Can somebody explain this issue? Thanks. Coz ive already ordered it sa amazon. Thanks.
