Uhum. Before ganyan din ako before I got married. Medyo nahilig and i used to own some of them and I used to have a PTC since I was assigned to some parts of Visayas and Mindanao and travel alone most of the time.

Everytime i leave the house eh si Mother umiiyak na hehehe.

But after I got married eh I disposed all of them at walang natira baka kasi sa kin magamit ni Commander in Chief.

Haaaay.. I miss the smell of the gunpowder and the recoil of a Dessert Eagle nyahahaha.

Wish: Sana pag gising ko ito naman: "Newly found! Affordable Stepped attenuators" or "Alps Blue/Black found!" Yan nalang kulang ata. BTW, may carbon type "fake" alps vol pot dati (na kinamumuhian ng mga elitistang audio..) Meron pa ba nun ngayong 2006?

Huwow! Ako what's left na lang is a 92FS, Colt Goldcup, STI/Caspian stock race series. Tinuruan ko din si Kumander gumamit, wala naman siya reason para gamitin sa akin yun.

Pero ang laki ng ipinayat ko nun naglalaro pa ako niyan mga ganyan tubo.

high cap pala yung STI mo cool!!! pero for me masmaganda yan Goldcup mo. maganda ang grip niyan kahit 9 loader lang. pede naman magkaroon ng option yan for hi-cap frame yan eh. pede rin polymer...

yup, natural pointer yun goldcup, upgraded na yan grip to packmayr grips, ambidextrous safety and high ride beavertail. meron ako chip mccormick mag 11 stacker, pwede na din if you are not into blind shots. match grade din parang vacuum tubes.

btw, may napili ka ng tube amp sa AMX?

meron stabiliser yun goldcup and chip maccormick magwell and of course lightened trigger, pati barrel ramp throated na for those wadcutters and jacketed hollow points. pero lahat yan nandun din sa sti eh.

mahal ang tube amp compared to pier ss amps, for pushpull designs sa AMX ang pinakamura yet aprub ang tunog. pero syempre oks din sa pier, a little bit of luck and patience is all you need. sayang at wala pa yun marketplace natin dito, madami ka din pagpipilian dun bro.

Anyways, im looking for a vacant sched this week para maka bisita sa Pier, para makita ko kung worth it pa ba yun mga surplus amp sa Pier. dati kasi magaganda pa yung mga units nila, lalo na yung mga power amps. now a days hindi na ako nakaka bisita i remeber nung naka bili pa ako ng LoD power amps HMA models mosfets. I think nasa 100W/pc kasi ang rated watts sa likod is 200W power consumption. ang ganda ng tunog kaya lang nasira dahil sa kalokohan ko noon hehehe!. ive loaded it with 2 woofers on each channel so bumaba siya ng 4 ohms ayun fried and pyesa, pero nung pinatingin ko sabi sakin nung technician hindi naman daw sira yung mga power trasistors, pero pinamigay ko na rin. hehehe! now eto na naman ako seeking another japanese surplus amps ang ganda rin kasi nung mga features vintage amps na nasa niji site, kaya i made an option na pag hindi ko kaya ang tubes eto balik SS muna...

hey, allow me to interrupt your gun-toting awhile and give some updates. yesterday i was down at SPIN Electronics and the 12au7's are down to the last 15 or so.. so grab them while you still can...btw. the 12au7's can also be had at Pacific Electronics for 250 a pop, these are the japanese tubes...

yup iba pa rin yung orig na 1911 lalo na yung 9" slide....

btw been to pier yesterday, saw Sony ES series, Sansui 607 and 607F, Trio, and LoD.... guess what, finally saw 2 units of Dolbydigital / DTS receiver, kaya lang medyo pricey pa siya. Pioneer D series forgot the model priced at 9k and Yamaha HTR 595a priced at 10k, pero I think negotiable po kasi matumal ang bentahan kahapon pero ang daming nag kalat na kevlar speakers from Onkyo bookshefs (90db) to floorstanders bagong dating daw...
