the epson emp-s3 and based on nerveblocker one of the best value for money projectors out there.....available from AVLS...I'll PM you the number later if your interested...or you can drop nerveblocker a pm.....

The Epson EMP-S3, EMP-X3 and the SW20 (dreamio) uses the same bulb which costs around P10-12k. 

Also try Benq projectors.  They have entry level DLP projectors which costs less than P50k and has a bulb costing around P12k only.  You can inquire at Astech Pengson through any Electroworld branch.

Panasonic AE900 = P78K at SM Mega Mall.  I checked last week.

If for home theater use, I recommend the Panasonic (better colors, contrast, sharpness, HD quality 720p/1080i, etc...)

If for office use, Infocus X2 is even cheaper...."maybe" P52K  (it was on sale).
