Finally had the chance to take photos of my HT room and gears. Here's what I have so far after 1.5 years into the hobby.

BOSS_DIBIDEE'S BLUE LAIR

3m x 4m converted bedroom with DIY acoustic (absorption/diffusion) panels in all walls. Heavy drapes on right side wall to hide cabinets.

Yes Im based in QC. Im not really sure if I can help you setting up your HT, I mean Im just a newbie compared to the likes of Sir Matzer, Sir Ricky, Sir Munskie, etc.

Then again, you guys are more than welcome to check it out in person. Kaso pag nakarecover na ako, bagong kasal eh hehe

Very nice setup! just a suggestion though, why dont you try raising your lcr600 to the same level as your 602's tweeter? it might give you better panning effects

Indeed it looks family to Munskie's gears hehe. In fact, we have another thing in common, I just got married this year (June 25). Im sure pareho rin kami ng taste sa babae, maganda, mabait, and ofcors, understanding!

Im sure, pareho rin kami ng excuse kung may bago tayong gears na uwi..."Honey Baby/Labs/Abay/Darling, para din sa ikasasaya mo yan! Gusto mo ba sa labas kami "manood" ng barkada?" Okay lang sa akin kung okay lang din sa yo yun!"

Thanks! Will keep your suggestion in mind, actually Im still in the process of looking for an A/V rack with the right height.

1.5 years into the hobby but wow!!! sabi nga ni ricky, big time gears...esp the ROTEL power amp

. tapos marami pa gears darating!!! hehehe parang pasko ah.

bro, im glad i saw that hdmi repeater. you did ur research, coz maximum length before signal degradation is 5 meters.
try to play with the positioning of the absorbers. ive posted a link in san mig's thread that is quite useful. you can use the mirror technique.

bro, namangha ako, lahat na inisip ko upgrades noon, nakita ko sa set-up nato...especially the rotel amp. yeah, the venture to a power amp has been playing on my mind. Intrigue ako sa "clean power". but am also thinking about my room size and WAF. Patay tayo dyan!!! hehehe Papa nako sa October...
